Team Benefits

The current annual leave entitlement for all Munster Bovine full time employees is currently 21 days.

On 1st January 2024, this will increase by a further day annual leave entitlement bringing the total annual leave entitlement to 22 days per annum.  

Employees have the option to avail of up to five days unpaid leave within the Company Calendar year. 

Employees are entitled to 26 weeks paid Maternity leave. To qualify for this benefit you are required to have twelve months service with the Company. 

Employees are entitled to 2 weeks paid Paternity leave. To qualify for this benefit you are required to have twelve months service with the Company.  

Annual Health Insurance contribution paid directly to the employee. 

Pension availability which is matched by the Company.
